Lydia Denimal Abdouch is an international CEO based in Monaco and the Founder of Feel Good Monaco, a studio dedicated to neuro-architecture and next-generation inclusive interior environments. Her career spans strategic finance, real estate development, renovation, interior architecture, and human-centered design. Raised across France and influenced by an international family environment, Lydia developed an early understanding of adaptability, responsibility, and inclusion. Her family’s background in medicine, disability reintegration, and autism support helped shape her interest in how environments influence autonomy, dignity, and quality of life. After building an international career in banking and real estate, Lydia formalized more than a decade of renovation and construction experience by earning a Diploma in Interior Architecture. She later founded Feel Good Monaco to combine strategic thinking, design, and emerging research in neuroscience. Today, she develops multisensory and restorative spaces for schools, workplaces, institutions, and private residences, with the goal of supporting both neurodivergent individuals and the broader population through environments designed for calm, focus, inclusion, and measurable well-being.
