Lydia Denimal Abdouch is an international CEO, real estate professional, and interior architecture executive based in Monaco. She is the Founder of Feel Good Monaco, a pioneering studio focused on neuro-architecture, sensory design, and inclusive interior environments. Her work brings together strategy, finance, real estate, architecture, and an emerging understanding of how the built environment can influence cognitive regulation and human performance.
Lydia grew up in an international environment between Algeria, France, Europe, and North America. Raised in the Champagne-Ardenne region of France until the age of 17, she developed cultural adaptability and a broad global perspective from an early age. Her family’s involvement in medicine, disability reintegration, and autism support also shaped her awareness of inclusion, autonomy, and human vulnerability.
Her academic background reflects the same multidisciplinary approach. Lydia holds an MBA from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, a Master’s degree from Montpellier Business School, a Bachelor in Management Science from ITESM Tec de Monterrey, a University Diploma in International Wealth Management, and a Diploma in Interior Architecture from the École Française du Bâtiment.
Professionally, she began in corporate banking, managing major strategic portfolios across international markets before moving into premium real estate, renovation, and development. After relocating to Monaco in 2018, she expanded her work across property investment, renovation, architectural enhancement, and execution.
Through Feel Good Monaco, Lydia now focuses on scientifically structured sensory and restorative environments for schools, corporations, institutions, and private homes. Her aim is to move interior architecture beyond aesthetics and toward measurable outcomes in calm, concentration, autonomy, productivity, and inclusion.
